WELCOME

Over the years, I've tried to follow my inner voice — which I believe is in tune, at least sometimes, with the universal energy field that we are all part of.

Connecting with that energy is what put me on the open road of self-discovery — from the streets of Camden, NJ, to a meditation pillow at Kopan, a Buddhist monastery outside Kathmandu; from a poverty law practice in western Massachusetts to peace and justice activism in northern New Mexico; from lobbying for campaign finance reform in the halls of Congress to marching against the Vietnam War; and finally, to journaling at home in Mineral Hill, NM.

Now in my eighties, I write about how my inner life provides a strong foundation for how I see the world as well as for the work I do in it. Most of all, I'm grateful for how much my life has been enriched by allowing that universal energy, which connects all of us, to lead the way.
